At Indishops Australia, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and what to expect when you place an order with us.

Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Covered Areas: All Australian states and territories including metropolitan and regional areas. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Processing Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days
  • Cost: FREE on all orders
  • Tracking: Available

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: $9.95
  • Tracking: Available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances. Remote areas may experience additional delays of 1-3 business days.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on ALL orders within Australia!

Standard shipping (10-15 business days) is completely free. For faster delivery, you can choose Express Shipping at $9.95.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, garage)
  • Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery

If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us immediately at contact@indishops.com. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@indishops.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Address correction fees may apply.

Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@indishops.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and provide you with an update.

Undeliverable Packages & Return Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery attempts (customer not available)
  • Failure to collect the package from the delivery location
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Important: The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs if an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect.

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be required to pay the reshipping costs before we can resend your order. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, courier service disruptions, industrial action, or health emergencies. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations and will keep you informed if your order is affected.
