If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@indishops.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Address correction fees may apply.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@indishops.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and provide you with an update.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
Important: The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs if an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect.
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be required to pay the reshipping costs before we can resend your order. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
